Repligen’s XCell ATF System brings upstream process intensification to life by enabling continuous bioprocessing with longer run times, reduced energy use, and viable cell densities over 100 million cells/mL. By applying alternating tangential flow (ATF) through single-use or stainless steel filters, this system reduces fouling and supports scalable perfusion from 0.5 L to 5000 L. Proven across monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, and recombinant proteins, it offers a viable path to 20x higher yields with a smaller facility footprint and lower COGS.
